SOS Alert is a reliable emergency application designed to assist individuals in times of peril by promptly notifying their emergency contacts with their precise location.

<li>User-friendly interface for effortless navigation</li>
<li>Option for a dark theme for improved visibility</li>
<li>Automatic sending of Google Maps location link to emergency contacts during crises</li>
<li>Emergency contact details and SOS Message are stored locally on the user's device for enhanced privacy</li>
<li>Customizable SOS Message and additional personal information inclusion</li>
<li>Convenient SOS Widget for swift activation of emergency alerts</li>
</ol>

HOW DOES IT WORK? 
<ol>
<li>Initiate an emergency alert by pressing the SOS Widget or in-app button</li>
<li>A 10-second countdown commences upon activation, with the option to cancel if needed</li>
<li>Upon countdown completion, the app retrieves the user's GPS location and transmits it, along with the preset SOS Message, to registered emergency contacts via SMS</li>
<li>Emergency contacts promptly receive the SOS Message and a link to the individual's real-time location via SMS from the user's mobile number</li>
</ol>
